Matton Security Systems was created by Phil Matton and purchased by Joe Salemme, a dedicated firefighter from Somerville, in the 1990’s.

Joe brought his caring and family-driven attitude to the business, fostering a strong sense of community and trust.

After serving in the Navy, Joe’s son Jeff Salemme followed in his father's footsteps, joining both the firefighting world and the alarm business.

Master electrician Nick Dagoumas was brought on board when Joe was preparing for retirement.

Since Joe's passing in 2021, Kristin Aborn has taken on a more prominent role, ensuring that Joe’s customer-focused approach remains unchanged.

As a family, we are committed to keeping Joe's legacy alive and maintaining the values he instilled in Matton Security Systems for as long as we are in business.
